Bourbon Bucks have been one of my favorites over the past few years. I decided to simplify the recipe for fall with rosemary as a new addition. I might be drinking these the rest of the year - they’re fresh and full of flavor, minus some of the sugar.
2 oz. Bourbon
8 oz. Ginger Beer
Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lime
Juice from 1/4 of a fresh orange
Handful of ice
Pour bourbon into glass of choice. Add in ginger beer with juice from fresh squeezed lime and orange. Stir together with ice. Throw in a sprig of rosemary for garnish and enjoy.
